Step into the countryside, slow down and see how much there is to discover.

In Meadow, you become a wanderer exploring nature with curiosity, an eye for detail and a determination to become the most skilled observer. Along the way, you'll encounter animals, plants and fungi, discover beautiful landscapes and collect memorable finds from your journey.

At the heart of the game is a clever card-building system. Ground cards establish different habitats, while observation cards introduce the wildlife and other discoveries that depend on them. Each card can provide symbols that help unlock future observations, rewarding careful planning as your meadow gradually becomes richer and more interconnected.

On your turn, you'll place one of your Path Tokens either on the Main Board to select cards or around the Campfire Board to perform special actions. The campfire also presents shared goals, giving you another way to earn valuable points as you shape your journey.

With hand-painted watercolour artwork across more than 200 cards, every game feels like paging through a beautifully illustrated nature journal. Five themed envelopes add additional card sets to discover over time, while a dedicated solo variant lets you enjoy the journey even when exploring on your own.

When the expedition ends, the player who has created the most rewarding collection of observations, landscapes, discoveries and fulfilled goals becomes the keenest nature observer.

• Meadow includes four main card types: Ground, Observation, Landscape and Discovery cards.
• Ground and Observation cards form your Meadow area, while Landscape and Discovery cards build your surrounding journey.
• Many cards require specific visible symbols before they can be played, so earlier observations can help unlock more valuable cards later.
• Path Tokens can be used on the Main Board to acquire cards or on the Campfire Board to perform special actions and work towards goals.
• The five included envelopes each contain 6 additional thematic cards that can be mixed into the corresponding decks.
• The rulebook recommends saving the envelope cards until after your first few games, but they are optional additions and can be introduced whenever you prefer.
• Solo play uses a dummy opponent called Rover and follows its own setup and scoring system.
