At Afrishon World, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and reliable as possible. We partner with trusted courier partners within South Africa to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.
Shipping Coverage
At this time, we only deliver within the Republic of South Africa.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping for orders R750+
- R90 flat fee for orders under R750
From time to time, we may offer free shipping on orders below R750. These will be clearly communicated on our website and/or via our newsletter.
Delivery Times
Order processing (handling time): Orders placed before 14:00 (2pm), Monday to Friday (business days) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We offer two types of delivery, depending on the products in your order:
1) Standard Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods (public holidays, seasonal sales, or high courier demand like Black Friday).
2) Lead Time Deliveries
Certain partner-sourced products may require additional handling time before dispatch. These orders may take 3–10 working days to be delivered in total (including handling and courier delivery time).
If your order contains both in-stock and partner-sourced products, your order may be split, or dispatched together once all items are ready.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the courier’s online tracking system.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work with reliable couriers, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (for example strikes, weather conditions, or courier backlogs). If there is a significant delay, our customer care team will keep you updated.
