At Afrishon World, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and reliable as possible. We currently partner with trusted courier companies within South Africa to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

Shipping Coverage

 At this time, we only deliver within the Republic of South Africa.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of R99.00 applies to all orders below R1500.00

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly communicated on our website or via our newsletter.

Delivery Times

We offer two types of delivery, depending on the products in your order:

1. Standard Delivery

Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods (e.g., public holidays, seasonal sales, or high courier demand like Black Friday).

We will always do our best to ensure that your parcel is delivered as quickly as possible.

 

2. Lead Time Deliveries

Certain products and partner-sourced brands may require additional lead time for delivery.

These items may take up to 3–7 working days to be delivered.

If your order contains both in-stock and partner-sourced products, your order may be split, or dispatched together once all items are ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.

You can track your order at any time using the courier’s online tracking system.

Delays & Exceptions

While we work with highly reliable couriers, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather conditions, or courier backlogs).

Should there be a significant delay, our customer care team will keep you updated.

As a registered customer, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track the status of your order at any time.
