Track My Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the courier’s online tracking system.
Order Processing (Handling Time)
Orders placed before 14:00 (2pm), Monday to Friday (business days) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the products in your order:
1) Standard Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods (public holidays, seasonal sales, or high courier demand like Black Friday).
2) Lead Time Deliveries
Certain partner-sourced products may require additional handling time before dispatch. These orders may take 3–10 working days to be delivered in total (including handling and courier delivery time).
If your order contains both in-stock and partner-sourced products, your order may be split, or dispatched together once all items are ready.
Where to find your tracking details
Please check the email address you used at checkout for the dispatch email containing your tracking number. We also recommend checking your spam/junk folder.
If you haven’t received tracking
If you have not received tracking within 2–3 business days, please contact us and we will gladly assist. For faster support, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
