1. How long does delivery take?
We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days depending on your location in South Africa. Some partner-sourced products may take up to 10 working days in total (including handling and delivery).

2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery (terms and conditions apply). Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments at checkout, including credit/debit card and EFT (available options may vary and will be shown at checkout).

4. Do you deliver outside South Africa?
At the moment, Afrishon World delivers only within South Africa — we’re working on expanding in the future.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven’t received tracking within 2–3 business days, please contact us with your order number.

7. How much is shipping?
Shipping is R90 for orders under R750. Orders R750+ qualify for free shipping (South Africa only).
