Returns & Refund Policy

At Afrishon World, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every purchase you make with us. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with a clear and hassle-free returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received them

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as personal care items, opened supplements, or intimate items) cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@afrishonworld.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
  3. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, Afrishon World will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns (or incorrect size/variant chosen), the customer is responsible for the return courier fees. Free shipping applies to the original delivery only.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to your original payment method.

Please note: original delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable (where applicable). If your order qualified for free shipping, no delivery fee was charged and therefore none will be refunded. Delivery fees are only refunded where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example for a different size or colour), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
