Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

In the same condition as when you received them.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as personal care, opened supplements, or intimate items) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.
Process for Returns

Email us at afrishonworld@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, Afrishon World will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return courier fees.
Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to your original payment method.

Please note: shipping fees (R99.00) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
