Product Description
Journey into the landscapes of the Pacific Northwest and create an ecosystem where habitats and wildlife can flourish together.
In Cascadia, 1–4 players build their own expanding environment by drafting Habitat Tiles and Wildlife Tokens. Each turn presents a simple choice: select a tile-and-token pairing, add the habitat to your landscape and place the wildlife where it can contribute to your plans.
The challenge comes from making those choices work together. Mountains, forests, prairies, wetlands and rivers can be connected into increasingly large habitat corridors, while bears, elk, salmon, hawks and foxes each score according to their own Wildlife Scoring Card. Every game uses a combination of wildlife goals, creating a fresh spatial puzzle as you decide where each new tile and animal will have the greatest impact.
Building for one goal can affect another, so your landscape gradually becomes a puzzle of connected habitats and carefully positioned wildlife. Nature Tokens can give you additional flexibility when the available tile-and-token combinations do not quite fit the ecosystem you are creating.
Cascadia also includes a dedicated solo mode, along with Family and Intermediate variants that provide different ways to enjoy its tile-laying and wildlife puzzle. Whether you are building alone or sharing the table, the aim remains the same: create the most harmonious and rewarding ecosystem you can.
