About this product
Shape the land. Secure your territory.
Strategic card placement and shifting territory for 2–5 players.
Build the ever-changing world of Joldu, position your tribe carefully and claim valuable areas before the terrain settles.
Product Description
Five tribes are making their way through the mysterious world of Joldu, where the terrain is still forming and shifting tectonic plates keep changing the landscape. Each tribe is competing to secure valuable areas and become the dominant tribe when the world finally settles.
Each round, players simultaneously choose a terrain card from their hand. The numbers on those cards determine turn order, after which players place terrain cards into the growing landscape or use tribe cards to establish their presence. Cards can overlap existing terrain, allowing areas to grow, change or be interrupted as the game develops.
Your tents matter. At the end of the game, an area only scores for the tribe with the most tents bordering it. Larger controlled areas are worth more points, while special +1, +2 and x2 spaces can increase their value. If tribes tie for the majority, nobody scores that area.
