About this product
Choose your side. Build your deck. Decide the fate of the galaxy.
A head-to-head Star Wars deckbuilding battle between the Rebel Alliance and Galactic Empire.
Recruit powerful characters and ships, control the Force and be the first to destroy three enemy bases.
Product Description
The Rebel Alliance fights for freedom while the Galactic Empire uses its vast resources and military power to tighten its grip on the galaxy. Now it is up to you to choose a side.
In Star Wars: The Deckbuilding Game, two players face off as either the Rebel Alliance or Galactic Empire. Each player begins with a 10-card starter deck and strengthens it throughout the game by recruiting new characters, vehicles and starships from a shared galaxy row.
Spend resources to add stronger cards to your deck, build combinations and prepare your forces for battle. But the galaxy row is more than a marketplace. Rebel units can sabotage Imperial cards, while the Empire can bounty hunt Rebel targets, removing threats before an opponent has the chance to recruit them.
The Balance of the Force adds another layer to every duel. Shift the Force towards your faction to unlock card abilities and, when it is completely on your side at the start of your turn, gain an additional resource.
Capital ships can help protect your base, while different bases introduce abilities that can influence your strategy as the battle develops. Strengthen your deck, attack your opponent and adapt as the conflict unfolds.
The first player to destroy three of their opponent’s bases wins the game.
