About this product
Enter the nest. Complete the mission. Survive what follows.
Standalone • 1–5 Players • Ages 14+ • 90–120 Minutes • Semi-Cooperative • Solo & Co-op Modes
Lead an elite marine into an alien-infested Facility where tactical combat, limited resources and conflicting objectives turn every mission into a fight for survival.
Product Description
Nemesis: Retaliation takes the cinematic sci-fi horror of the Nemesis series into the heart of the alien threat. This time, you are not waiting for disaster to find you. You enter as a highly trained marine, equipped for combat and sent into a hostile Facility with strict orders to complete.
Explore a modular Facility room by room, never knowing exactly what waits beyond the next corridor. Noise can draw deadly Intruders closer, while fire, malfunctions, failing life-support systems and dwindling supplies can turn even a carefully planned route into a desperate struggle.
Combat plays a much bigger role as marines make use of specialised equipment, ranged weapons, burst fire, melee attacks and Tactical Gear. Ammo, oxygen, grenades and medpacks are valuable resources, and knowing when to fight, when to move and when to conserve what you have can be just as important as landing the perfect shot.
But the creatures are only part of the danger. In the standard semi-cooperative game, players face a shared Mission Task while also pursuing personal Objectives. Those goals may align beautifully... or put members of the squad on very different paths.
Survive the Facility, complete your objective and find a way out before time, the Intruders or your own squad bring the mission to an end.

Good to Know
- Nemesis: Retaliation is the third standalone game in the Nemesis series and can be played without owning Nemesis or Nemesis: Lockdown.
- The standard game is semi-cooperative. Players receive personal Objectives, and those goals may not always align.
- Solo and fully cooperative play use dedicated Solo/Coop Objectives and modified victory conditions.
- Cooperative play also introduces a revive system through the Surgery Room.
- Deadly Mode increases the danger created by Noise and is available for both standard and Solo/Coop games.
- The Facility is built using modular Rooms and Corridors, helping create a different exploration puzzle from game to game.
- Escaping is not simply a matter of reaching the exit. The Lander, Escape Shuttle, Hibernatorium, life-support systems and other Facility systems can all affect the squad's chances of survival.
- Optional Nemesis: Retaliation expansions and add-ons are not required to play the core game.
