The road gets rougher in Heat: Rocky Roads, an expansion for Heat: Pedal to the Metal that brings two new circuits, fresh racing challenges and components for an additional player.

Take on the South Africa Grand Prix, where sections of loose gravel can force you to spend Heat and put even more pressure on careful engine management. Then head to Germany, where newly built chicanes create consecutive corner lines that demand precise timing through the fast sections of the track.

Rocky Roads also introduces Aggressive Legends, allowing automated drivers to push harder through selected sections of the circuit, and new Sliding Skirts Upgrade cards with an Extra Slipstream symbol that can chain slipstream movements when the positioning is right.

The included Event cards let you race the 1966 Championship Season or add new events to your own custom championship.

And with a complete additional player set, including a race car, gear pawn, player mat, Basic cards and Starting Upgrade cards, your Heat races can now accommodate up to seven players.

Requires Heat: Pedal to the Metal Board Game to play. This is not a standalone game.

• Heat: Rocky Roads is an expansion and cannot be played on its own

• An original copy of Heat: Pedal to the Metal is required

• Gravel spaces on the South Africa track can require you to spend Heat at the end of your turn

• Chicanes on the Germany track contain two consecutive Corner Lines with the same Speed Limit

• Aggressive Legends can cross an additional Corner Line from certain marked spaces

• The Extra Slipstream symbol can allow chained slipstream movement when the required positioning is achieved

• The four Event cards can be used together for the 1966 Season or mixed into a custom Championship

• The included additional player set increases Heat races to a maximum of seven players
