Great Western Trail 2nd Edition puts you in the boots of a 19th-century rancher driving cattle from Texas to Kansas City.

Each journey along the trail gives you chances to improve your herd, use buildings, hire helpful staff and prepare for stronger deliveries. Cowboys help you buy better cattle, builders help you add your own buildings to the trail, and engineers support your progress along the railroad.

The goal is simple, but the trail is not: arrive in Kansas City with valuable cattle, send them off by train, earn money and build towards the most victory points.

This second edition refreshes the modern classic with new artwork, solo rules, dual-layered player boards, the Simmental cattle variant, new reversible buildings, exchange tokens and extra master tiles for more replayability.
