Exploding Kittens: Recipes for Disaster is a standalone remix collection for fans of Exploding Kittens. It includes 121 popular cards from the Exploding Kittens universe, plus 13 Recipe Cards that show you how to build different versions of the game.

Want a quick game? There is a recipe for that.
Want a more chaotic version? There is a recipe for that too.
Want to create your own madness? The box also includes 5 blank Recipe Cards so you can invent your own version.

The classic gameplay is easy to learn: draw cards, avoid the Exploding Kittens, and try to stay alive until everyone else has exploded. But with 13 different recipes, this box keeps the game fresh for new players and long-time fans.

It also includes the legendary Cone of Shame, a wearable cone for the first player who forgets whose turn is next or which direction play is moving.

Important: This is a standalone game collection. You do not need another Exploding Kittens game to play.

Good to know: Recipes for Disaster does not include every card from Exploding Kittens: Original Edition. If you want a version that feels close to the original game, there is an online Classic Mode Recipe that gets close, but it is not an exact copy of playing with Exploding Kittens: Original Edition.

You can add expansion packs to the Classic Mode Recipe, although it still will not be an exact recreation of the Original Edition. The real fun of Recipes for Disaster is that you can use expansion packs, mix cards, and create your own custom game modes using the 5 blank Recipe Cards included in the box.
