About this product

Raise magical monster pets, keep them happy-ish, and sell them to dungeon lords for glorious reputation.

A curated Afrishon World strategy pick for players who love clever planning, funny chaos and wonderfully weird fantasy worlds.

Dungeon Petz is a quirky worker-placement strategy game where you run an imp-owned pet shop for dungeon lords.

Product Description

Welcome to the monster pet business — where cute, strange little creatures need food, playtime, clean cages and just the right amount of magical chaos.

In Dungeon Petz, each player leads a family of imps trying to raise and sell unusual petz to demanding dungeon lords. You’ll buy baby monsters, build cages, gather food, manage their needs, enter exhibitions and sell your best-grown creatures to customers for reputation.

It is funny, strategic and full of personality. One round you are planning the perfect sale, the next you are cleaning cages, calming angry pets or hoping your creature does not mutate at the worst possible moment. Classic pet-shop problems, really.

Why you’ll love it

  • Run a fantasy pet shop — manage an imp family breeding monster pets for dungeon lords.
  • Clever worker placement — secretly group your imps and gold, then compete for the best actions.
  • Pets have real needs — feed them, entertain them, control their anger, handle magic and clean up messes.
  • Funny but strategic gameplay — the theme is silly, but the decisions are satisfyingly clever.
  • Plan for exhibitions and customers — prepare your pets for upcoming shows and buyers.
  • Strong replay value — different pets, customers, exhibitions and choices make each game feel fresh.
  • Standalone game — set in the Dungeon Lords universe, but no other game is needed to play.
  • Great for strategy gamers — ideal for players who enjoy planning, timing and controlled chaos.
