Product Description
Bring the King of the Monsters into your games of Cthulhu: Death May Die with the Godzilla Expansion.
Godzilla is not a normal enemy, and investigators cannot attack or interact with him directly. Instead, he acts as an uncontrollable force of nature, bringing a new layer of danger and uncertainty to any game.
Before the Elder One is summoned, Godzilla follows his Unruly Behavior. Each turn, a die roll determines what he does. He may unleash a roar that costs investigators sanity, stomp across the board while destroying enemies, leave Debris tokens that make movement more difficult, or fire his atomic breath through a zone.
Once the Elder One appears, Godzilla shifts into Territorial Behavior and moves towards it for a colossal confrontation. The Elder One fights back whenever Godzilla acts, increasing Godzilla’s Distress.
Investigators must now manage the original battle while helping Godzilla stand against the Elder One. If the Distress track reaches its limit, Godzilla retreats and the investigators immediately lose the game.
This expansion can be added to any game of Cthulhu: Death May Die, creating an extra challenge and turning the struggle against the Elder One into a dramatic Kaiju battle.
