About this product

Protect wildlife, manage your conservation team, and help endangered animals return to the wild.

A beautifully illustrated strategy board game about animal conservation, resource planning, and protecting species.

Coexist is a nature-themed strategy board game where players manage conservation centres, recruit caretakers, and release animals back into the wild.

Product Description

Across the world, many animal species are fighting for survival. In Coexist, each player leads a conservation organisation working to protect wildlife, manage specialist caretakers, and help animals return safely to their natural habitats.

Every decision matters. You will recruit the right caretakers, welcome animals into your conservation centre, train your team, and decide when an animal is ready to be released. But your organisation’s reputation is always at stake, so pushing too hard can come with a cost.

With striking artwork by A-MO and a thoughtful conservation theme, Coexist offers a smart, accessible strategy experience for players who enjoy nature, animals, planning, and meaningful choices around the table.

Why you’ll love it

  • A meaningful nature theme: Lead a conservation organisation and work to protect animal species across different habitats.
  • Smart but accessible strategy: The rules are simple to understand, but every turn still gives players important choices.
  • Open drafting gameplay: Choose from available cards on the mission board to recruit caretakers or welcome animals into your centre.
  • Resource management with purpose: Use caretaker specialists to support animals and prepare them for release into the wild.
  • Beautiful animal artwork: The game features bold, expressive wildlife illustrations by A-MO.
  • Educational without feeling like homework: Players learn about animal species and conservation challenges through the game’s theme and cards.
  • Plays in around 30 minutes: A good choice for families, nature lovers, and strategy players who want a focused game without a long play time.

  • Game end trigger: The end of the game is triggered when a player releases their 5th animal or when the final card from the draw pile is revealed.

Care & Maintenance

Store the game in its box after play to keep the cards, boards, tokens, and player aids together. Keep all components away from moisture, direct sunlight, and rough handling. Handle the cards gently during shuffling and gameplay to help prevent bending or edge wear. For regular play, card sleeves can help protect the animal and caretaker cards.
